At Amberjack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure your return is tracked and free of charge.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original Amberjack box and securely seal the package before attaching the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
